Its across the board in teh little iron or companies- at least in the ones I am looking at.
My theory - assuming this may be the beginning of the end of the down turn is that this will be a little like August.
If you have cash to spare do you spend it on a spec - or a discounted blue chip?
And probably like August the specs will come up after people have snapped up all the blue chip bargains
