Yesterday (27/1/22) the shortSold was 150K. shortSellPosition 4 trading days before yesterday (ie.last Thursday 20/1/22) was 461,421. So it looks like CommSec gets its shortSellPosition data from the same place as shortman.com.au.
Hence your snapshot row of data from CommSec is confusing ie. shortSold of 150K was up to date but the shortSellPosition of 461,421 was lag by 4 trading days.
