Witnessing such value destruction without a word from management is very concerning and IMO is going beyond any bounds of laughable, arrogance or any other adjective you would like to throw at it and these words are coming from a true believer. I'm mainly here for the animal health/sanitation, but to have such opportunity, a simple update about new clients. Anyhow very disappointed with current silence.
