All COVID related stocks which include ZNO are on a watchlist by the ASX which means all their announcements are thoroughly screened. Which means not all announcements make it through. Also, a lot of their clients either want to be first to annouce (American Airlines) or they just dont want it announced to market. PH is just respecting the wishes of the client
