PAR at low 2s is a screaming buy. Don't need one of twin creeks charts.
Although it may just drift to high 1s, but a bounce back to come soon. no need of talk of support lines, the FDA response is pending and should be good reason for a bounce.
Of course the usual caveats apply ~ DYOR.
