There is every chance I'm being hopeful here, and daydreaming about the shorters getting pantsed. ... But, my interpretation of the latest announcement is that.
- PAR expects to reply within a month.
- PAR isn't going to announce when they respond.
- PAR will announce when they have a response.
I can see a world where we get to wk 6, have no announcement and the online community is losing its' cool, suggesting that we're effectively cooked ... Before out-of-nowhere its announced the IND / P3 is open.
If I was a board-member/significant shareholder, and genuinely believed our price/sentiment was being maliciously pushed down ... I'd take great satisfaction in possibly catching some parties with their pants down.
Every chance I interpreted that wrong and we get an announcement of response submission.
