PAR isn't going to announce when they respond.
Wrong. They will. No funny games between PAR, FDA and ASX. Each has their own ego and truly does NOT like them bruised. Having said that, I do hate the manipulation used everyday both by shorters and bankers, with an "I don't see anything wrong" attitude by ASX, or NYSE or whoever rules the roost.
