Nick - just caught up with your post - hope you scored well! Club just opened yesterday here in Canberra and only 9 holes per day - so I'll be playing every day.
The price will continue to jump about until we get the announcement either way. Good time for buying IMO - but I'm too busy on golf to watch the market. Would love to have a round someday with you. I have reciprocal at Gog Mogag Royal Mid Surrey and Royal Cinque Port so one of those would be great!
