I'm not sure that Bene would be at the negotiating table. Their contract is with PAR, not the Pharma. PAR is the middle man who will end up having 2 separate contracts, 1 (existing) with Bene. 1 (TBA) with Pharma.
Bene are a manufacturer, they manufacture Zilosul for PAR, PAR pay them a small commission on sales, that's it as far as I recall?
I'm not sure that Bene would be at the negotiating table....
