Down ramping or not, the SP is under shorts control at the moment. Such a high percentage available to keep the price down and not enough new eager buyers in the PAR market to scare the shorts to buy back in yet. They know they have the volume available to control this SP and sadly it is out of our hands, for now.
My short term concern is that even with IND approval, that any ongoing good trial news will still be far enough away for them to keep shorting quickly after any minor pumps. Hope to be totally wrong.
