Announcement by PAR was mon 27th sept... they said they'd answer within a week (or similar wording)...
A week makes it Mon 4th Oct, 30 days from then makes it Wednesday 3rd nov... so could be the 4th, or could be 3rd, or earlier if they replied earlier than the week...
Of course could be later than a week... but, not sure that's a chance or they wouldn't have said it...
My guess is they replied in only a few days... could be a "yes, we accept your recommendations" type answer and then hopefully 2-3 days earlier...
