Agree entirely TC.
A few of us wishing we got in at this price point (well I did get in lower, but have a lot sitting above this).
The facts haven't changed, the research and results to date do not support where this has gone - but what a great buying opportunity for anyone who is in the know and done the research.
I'd love to buy a few more for the bottom draw, but likely to cause a divorce
