Yes indeed. It's always possible the shorters will regain control. However, it's also possible they'll be over whelmed with the buying from existing investors given the gravity of this recent FDA fast track annoucement.
Interestingly, the drop in shorters over the past month overall is significant and seems a bit too coincidental.
