I've been watching PAR trading in the last couple of days and a clear buyer paying up yesterday morning quickly sold down.
Volumes are indeed in line with 90 day average, but those raised by EOFY selling (thank you for the cheap stock) and compared to July volumes significantly higher.
The 4C read very well, but bar the journal publication, little informed investors did not expect - lower R&D spend than expectations maybe....
Certainly plenty of time to secure some non-dilutive funds one hopes and the need for the dreaded CR, certainly not immediately on the radar, as others have said. Pleasantly surprising move from $1.06 pre Appendix 4C to $1.40's in a few days...
