I don't know it's strange. I'm retail had an allocation but brought some more but on market at just below cap raise.
not going to bother with the 1-15.
If there was more disconnect then that would be a different story.
could it be bell selling down?
A few people at work like par and are buying more but on market so I believe there will be a big short fall in retail so more for instatutions.
