I recall in June last year people were saying PAR needed a cash runway of at least 12 months to secure a partnership. Now, 9 months later, we are no closer to securing a partnership, yet funds are drying up. I hope PR's strategy isn't simply to get through to September just to raise more cash, since IMO this is not deserving of his remuneration package.
Maybe PR should just come out with it and be open and honest about how these negotiations are going and what PAR are doing to secure other forms of funding since cash is going to get really tight very soon.
