I think the big difference will be having DMOAD makes more pharma's interested and therefore increases the competition for the prize. We go into negotiations in a position of strength. We dictate the terms rather than allowing them to push us around. The OA conference presentations in my mind are a marketing excercise to all the Pharma's that we have got something and its worth lots so come with your big boy offers otherwise we are going to press on, do another CR and bring this bad boy home (not that I think thats what they want to do) but its a possibility.
Based on past performance I think one of PR's weaknesses is commercial negotiations and consultants etc have taken advantage of him. So he will need as much help as possible extracting the best price as it impacts his net worth as well.
