Step 1. Find a doctor who will prescribe off label. Hint - google sports doctor or non-surgical treatment for arthritis in you relevant area.
Step 2. Doctor will make you do tests and and sign consent.
Step 3. Doc will know where to get it. Mine took 8 weeks to arrive. When I picked it up the chemist wouldn't disclose where it came from, but let slip that it was from overseas. Germany??
If its any more than $310 for the course, they are taking you for a ride.
