I am not much of a chartist but I do look at them with curiosity. I realise the rapid decline in the share price of PAR is worrying and some discussions about comparisons. Here is a comparison chart of ASX bio pharm stocks PAR, MSB and NEU from close of business today.



PAR and NEU have followed a similar path downwards. Both are in promising final testing phases.

The uncertainty in the market is not valuing promising shares that still have risk and no revenue at this point in time. I have witnessed similar market events and reactions several times since the early 1980s. With share capital values and interest rates falling faster than normal, the flight of money will first go to cash and the safer / more secure cash positive and dividend paying stocks. The tide will turn at some point but the recovery often in the more speculative end of the market is often slower. It is the small investors that get savaged by the big players during these types of events. It can sometimes take many years for these small investors to come back to the share market if their $$$ lose / pain has been substantial .. sometimes it can take until the next generation of investors steps forward. Let's just hope the property market holds up under all this growing pressures.
