Yes, could be. I think your previous post about a long-term low has some merit also. The ramp up was about 2.5-3 years and the ramp down has now been going about 3 5 years.
But as you previously postulated, the next 2-3 year window should have the big announcements hitting. So I am hoping this is the final low in this cycle and the handbrake will come off.
