“PAR may not be able to raise the required funds to even start the P3 trials.”
No problem with any of your opinions, but i’d be surprised if anyone truly thought this would happen. The instos supported PAR even during the early, panicked, months of the pandemic. They’ll continue to provide the funds to see this story play out. They just, naturally, want as big a slice of the future success as they can get for themselves in return.
