Either PAR's fortunes will have to drastically improve and the SP increases or else PAR will have no choice but to either go into hibernation until macros improve or give away access to the US market for OA for 150 mill cash (or 100 mill cash + 50 mill equity investment) + double digit royalties. PAR could then use the results to gain marketing approval in EU, AU and other jurisdictions.

Unless PAR's fortunes drastically improve, the P3 trials will have to be placed on hold. The good news is we still have 6 months before any significant decisions need to be made. PAR has a data package and IP that will have cost around 500 mill.

PR needs to recenter himself and understand that PAR is not a successful company, yet. His primary objective needs to be to get iPPS over the line even if that means giving up more of the asset than he originally intended.
