That thought went through my mind once, when I was particularly frustrated. I'm not enjoying the delays either. BUT - I think the fact that he has got us to this stage, with a FT designation, tells us he is doing plenty right. I also suspect that he would be much more attentive and responsive to authorities than to shareholders, as I would probably be if I had to prioritize. And lastly, he doesn't sit around writing it all up himself, so they would all have to be failing us a team on all those counts, which is unlikely.

I know when I used to right reports, the more important it was the likelier that I didn't meet the deadline because getting it right was better than getting it in on time. As long as they get it right, I can twiddle my thumbs a little longer.
