Thanks for your well considered replies.

I get a sense of muddle in PR's comms with us shareholders. His presentations can be rambling, rarely provide the reasoning and explanations that shareholders really, really want and he rarely gets his oral presentations correctly timed for the allocated time slot - hence the skipped slides etc. This suggests a fundamental lack of skill &/or discipline to do the hard yards involved in preparing an excellent announcement or presentation. Either way, I struggle to see how these deficiencies won't be impacting his relationship with the FDA and TGA. That said, I absolutely agree that PR has done a lot right - just not the front-facing or governance stuff. He should be accountable for that.
