We have some common ground there, particularly on the governance issue.

With regard to the relationship with the authorities, I reckon that ultimately their approval or otherwise will be based solely on what they get in writing. An individual representing the company, love them or hate them, could be hit by a truck tomorrow. There may be discussions around the submission, recommendations for alterations, questions about the who, how, why, when or where, maybe some friendly banter or unfriendly debate, but ultimately, it's the written submission that they need to decide on. That's why I remain confident.

Of course, I could be wrong. It wouldn't be the first time I've been blindsided by something I hadn't taken into consideration.
