Filling those gaps....it is interesting. Sometimes I think that charters...(please don't take this wrong charters)...use of the charts create a self-fulfilling prophecy. If it was all math and percentages, you would see it after the fact, but since you are looking for it needing to be filled, then that creates an opportunity to "fill it". (especially these days). I bet that I'm over thinking this a LOT, and I do admit that I never could understand how they honestly work. But Good for YOU folks that do it, and understand what you do!
