Cudeco was slaughtered over a 3 year period and I ask the question of why should this constitute fair behaviour for any shareholder or company?

Enquires have so far found that the ASX has in fact broken their own trading regulations. Whether the investigations lead to litigation is another thing,
however
Apathy is the best way to get absolutely no where and that is despite the skinny odds of anything getting done to fix it.
An ethical spine in every shareholder just may help to avert this sort of thing at some point in the future if we support any action available.
