I noticed the potential for a head and shoulders pattern forming in PAR's chart also but its unlikely imo. The best use of a head and shoulders pattern is actually when it inversed and is at the bottom of a long down trend. In that case a break of the neckline should be your "BUY" signal and away she goes. All I'm hoping for from PAR this year is positive news that has real meaning to long term success. The share price will look after itself if all goes to plan. We have all seen the SP whipsaw back and forth and it can be quite exhausting riding the ups and downs, all that matters is successful phase 3 trials and we'll all be laughing to the bank.
