More often than not, what actually happens is that price reaches one of these levels, and either stops just before it and starts reversing as it has on three occasions back in May as its history for now,
I have indicated on my the first support line where it started at that 5.5c as it powers straight past the 10c level, the daily chart shows numerous times where several failed supports below, my view is that this is trending in the upward direction, on my one hourly & daily chart indicates a dump to 6.8c with that ...6 mil shares just before close, a very interesting dump, IMO someone wanted to average down as it was about to breakthrough that upper resistance again @ 8.4c,
IMO I don't believe that it is in a downtrend as you have indicated on your chart, in fact, contra view on this occasion as I don't agree with your descending channel,
I look for supports that are being created as on this occasion the way I see it's in the uptrend trading channel, well we will see the outcome tomorrow, some manipulators will try to push the SP down once again to suit their agenda,
I will be buying at that 8c mark as I believe that 8c was the low on Friday with that 3mil traded at the end of the session just to have that last push for the day, was well orchestrated to close on the low ...
