Hi Malay, yes it does work but while I've had several 10 baggers in the past I've also had many that did not progress as hoped for. I've learned to be ruthless in chopping out the non performers and at the same time relentless in holding those that are performing well so I was not concerned about the recent volatility. I don't have a specific exit strategy but at any point in time I have an opinion about what a company is worth, changes to risk profiles etc and that drives my exit decisions. I don't have any specific time frame as I am an investor not a trader so I am driven by the company valuation rather than a timeframe. Good luck with your investments now and in the future.
