Now the bears are coming out when Kyng, our resident chartist is starting to think positive on CHN. Bears are risk averse whilst Bulls are more willing to take risk and thus positive. Fund managers dictate the share price, a declining share price is not going to do their reputation any good. They are willing to let the share price drift when they are buying. Also as they managed a portfolio temporarily decline is not a problem and could be rectified anytime. I expect the share price to improve when we are approaching the end of the financial year. CHN has the goods, it will deliver.
