I hope to get around to watching the video at a later stage, but had a browse through some of his articles and I'm not sure how they relate to TLX. His concerns seem to be more around how pharma firms manipulate their accounts to exclude "one-off" charges like legal/restructuring/amortisation of acquisitions, none of which seem prevalent with TLX? (e.g. https://www.ft.com/content/c628717c-5000-11e5-8642-453585f2cfcd). Does the video you linked go into other detail?
