production timeline

G'day all.
I'm eagerly awaiting the upcoming announcements as much as everyone else, but I wouldn't start ordering your new Ferraris just yet.
IMO there will definately be a SP spike, then a steady rise in SP once any deals and JVs are set in stone. The real price movement will happen when truckloads of product start leaving the factory, and the quarterly balance sheets start showing real profit results.
The pre-fills will be the company maker, but remember that the safety and diabetic syringes, and also the MedPro blood collection devices will also add to the bottom line when full production commences. The production machinery will have to be replicated many times to achieve the necessary volumes that have been spoken about, and production under license will have to happen at numerous locations, not just at IBS and KDL.
I dont want to be a wet blanket, and definately not a downramper, but I believe that mid 2009 might be the time when things really start moving with full production.
IMO the purchase of IBS was the smartest thing that UNI have done in the recent past. They now have an in house R&D facility which also has the potential to be self funding through its own business endeavors, not just UNI products.
The move to the US, which is the worlds largest consumer of medical products was also a smart move. As I remember reading in a previous company report, the US market has a preference for locally produced products.
Anyway, these are just my thoughts. I'm in for the long haul and will be buying $5k more UNI next week (hopefully below .30)!
