It appears on closer inspection the shorters position increased steadily over three months, so, it looks like it is a case of individuals just getting on the band wagon before an announcement. They are a pain in the arse and have the equipment to get in and get out of a stock with little damage done. They can follow a stock throughout its rise as long as they activate the necessary volatility.
LTH have nothing to worry about. I believe that by following the shorters position in a stock may be an aid in prediction future movement of SP. DYOR.
