P VDM was hoping to sell 8.9m shares. Given the SP is now well below the 46.2c minimum in the SPA - there's a chance he will only manage to offload around 4-5m to LDA.
I wonder if P VDM will be forced to sell the remaining 3-4m on the market.
Imagine 3-4m shares suddenly coming onto the market with the SP already gasping for air.
