Thanks for your support Kit , as you have noted , section 1041A of the corporations act is a serious matter that should not be taken lightly , in fact the punishments can lead to imprisonment . Any report to ASIC should be detailed and supported with evidence , over the last 6 month period I have recorded the following information that could be used when making an official complaint ,

1/ A fairly detailed record of the reduction in share price during the afternoon auction , including the automated last millisecond transaction conducted by institutions , formally known in the industry as painting the tape activity .

2/ A series of screenshots detailing the mass amount of “ unmarketable parcel “ trading activity , many showing single or double digit sales on days where trading liquidity was not warranted .

3/ A series of emails sent to reputable financial publications , such as the AFR . The email responses contain correction and clarification of incorrectly reported statements contained within the articles . I have requested for apologies and rectifications to be included in forthcoming issues , unfortunately they did not concur .

4/ Also , to help support my claim it would be neglect not to include some evidence in regards to social media platform activity and conduct . Maybe I can focus on the price estimation of 38 cents , especially after we achieved this number today to the disbelief of many .

5/ Detailed numbers in regards to short selling activity during this period of share price decline .

Kit I would welcome any further recommendations from either yourself or other participants that may support a reason for myself to proceed reporting what I believe to be illegal activity in clear breech of the act .
