I had expected a more informed reply than mine by now. But here's my amateur guess !
Imo, could the date and wording relate to a promised issue of , all or some shares, to a person or persons related to a milestone ?One that carries recognition of ...... perhaps time in employment .... like a CEO , that perhaps may have begun in their position 2 years earlier 29/12/2021 or the new year 1/1/2022 ?!!
I believe 2023, last trade ASX day 29/12/2023, is a Friday
