could you please explain how you determine the entire 100 million shares are definitely prepared only for LDA? as far as I know the minimum draw down for this finance amendment was only $35.3m, are you suggesting that the Brainchip management believe the 3 minimum draw downs ($5.3 by 28/02/2022, $15m by 31/12/2021 and $15m by 31/12/2023) will be done at price below 40c?
