If someone could help me with this. I bought BRN in lots, i have majority to hold and a small trading parcel. One of of the lot i bought was back in 11/01/2021 (with a settlement date of 13/01/2021). If i sell this lot today, for tax purpose, have i met the 1 year threhold for CGT discount or is it counted from the settlement date? I just have to clear a small debt and need to sell a small parcel.
