Hot damn. Ok I could really use some advice here. Using these funds toward 1st house. Happy to hold long term but last few times it popped I didn’t skim and then could have done so and still bought back in at my current average. Those additional funds would have been most useful toward the house so the temptation is always there even though brn has progressed significantly as a company in recent times. Just wondering if others have advice from being in a similar situation?
