I think LDA would be loving this.
Will they try to worm their way out?
They have a get out clause as it is. We gave them 15M collateral shares but they only need to buy $5.3M of stock to satisfy the terms of the POA.
They can hand most of them back if they want to. If they are managing to trade above the daily VWAP they would be making a motza.
Interestingly, given the current SP, those 15 million shares are worth more than what is allowed under the agreement.
