90% RSI (Relative Strength Index) is far from neutral.
It doesn't get much higher than that.
The important thing is Bollinger Band Moving Average Price is pointing down & RSI is pointing down.
In the absence of any fundamental change (like an announcement) - this would suggest a bit of a pullback in price.
Of course charting is a bit like reading tea leaves - only tells you what is in the latest brew not the next cup of tea.
