As an investor I try to concentrate NOT on these % changes, but on the number of shares I hold.
So if I have 1000 shares, even though if I have a paper loss of 50% on any share, I still hold 1000 shares.
Concentrating on percentage gains and losses make you feel dizzy, whereas keeping an eye on what you have will help you accumulate.
