Very long term holders starting from 2015 but earlier for those who came over as a result of the reverse takeover that listed Brainchip hold the founders and the management of Brainchip in extremely high regard for their honesty and integrity which has been proven many times over the years. The two working founders who are now very wealthy individuals have a mission to bring beneficial artificial intelligence to the world and fulfil their intellectual vision. Together with the third founder Robert Mitro who for health reasons retired (2016/7?) hold very close to 25% but with others in the top 20 who share the same vision can legally block any takeover attempt.
