The population of Australia is according to Google 25.69 million people;

The population of Germany is 3.24 times that of Australia;

Mercedes Benz - Daimler consistently ranks in the top four of Germany's most respected Brands;

Mercedes Benz has validated Brainchip's AKIDA technology;

Australia does not value technology companies in the way in which the USA and other markets value technology;

Three German institutions have invested to date;

If Brainchip was listed on Nasdaq it would be multiples of its present share price;
