WITH MULTIPLE EXCHANGES GLOBALLY TRADING THIS STOCK THE PRICE WILL GAP BOTH UP & DOWN DUE TO PRICE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN EXCHANGES AND ANY CHANGE IN PRICING STRUCTURE ON ONE EXCHANGE WILL RESULT IN (ARBITRAGE) AND THEREFORE GAPPING ON THE OTHER EXCHANGE BEFORE TRADING BALANCES THE PRICING OUT.
IF A STOCK PRICE MOVES OF ITS OWN VIOLATION DURING TRADING THIS WILL RESULT IN THE NEXT EXCHANGES PRICING GAPPING ON OPEN TO RESTORE & BALANCE GLOBAL PRICING.
FOR OUR (BRN) STOCK PRICE TO INCREASE OR DECREASE IN PRICE IT MUST GAP UPON OPEN ON THE OTHER EXCHANGES IT IS LISTED ON.
