A MUST read post or as someone said read the whole article by @mkm109.
The ASX has all sorts of powers one of which is to place a company in a trading halt until it corrects something which the ASX is concerned by and despite this here we are trading away day after day.
Any half knowledgeable financial reporter would know this and that they could request a comment from the ASX as to whether they have an ongoing investigation into any given particular company.
I can only assume they did not ask which begs the question why???
Did they expect an answer that would not suit their narrative????
