Mate, in Frankfort land they are true Germans. All they want is the gas and oil and they don't care about Ukraine or the rest of the world. Likewise the board of The Company, Brainchip, only care about the staff weekly check. So many board members it make me think we are in need of Elon Musk's help to eliminate non-directors totally. The CEO Sean, as he is mentioned in the 4c report, has only brought on board his Silly-con Valley buddies and mate-ies to joy i on the fun of weekly checks. Will you be voting them out at the up-coming AGM like I will or do you not own enough shares to cast a vote of non-confidence? I am to guess the answer is you are a non-holder with no voting rights thus there will be no voter fraud on your part.
