As a professional chartist, I don't see any cat on the IHL.
It is in constant decline but starting to form a wedge pattern for a possible leg up.
Your cat is neither dead nor alive.
The recent volume I see as ETF funds coming in. A few days of low volume correction and if it goes above the upper blue line, it may have a small leg up in the short term.
If it breaks 75c, then I'll draw another chart with a not so cute cat.
