begs the question how or why someone so successful has to part ways with his free BRN shares to cover a small amount of tax relative to his position and work history..
I call BS on this as a reasonable excuse to sell
as a company Director..
I was a believer in BRN, but they will now have to prove revenue to get me interested again.. If they truly are 5 years ahead of the rest, then shares at $2.50 will be cheap.. However at present as an unproven and a long history of no delivery, 40c would be expensive..
